Every Covington household is a member.
Resident assessments fund the center, maintain shared amenities and support neighborhood programming throughout the year.
Important reminder
2027 recreation assessments are due in February and March.
Watch for association notices with payment instructions and additional details.
ID cards are available by completing an application at the center.
Children 16 and older have access to all center amenities.
Residents may volunteer or suggest new activities.
